During Customer registration for Services, We collect the email address and may gather the first and last name and password of personnel accessing and using the services on behalf of the Customer.

Collection of specific address, shipping, and billing information for the Customer. Requesting credit card information from the Customer.

Seeking information on the residence country of the Customer's personnel or their country of operation for compliance with applicable laws.

ii) When a Customer places a Device return order, Company collects the following information to process and fulfill the order:

Name, address, and (optionally) email address of the individual returning the Device.

Name, address, and contact email for the employee, team, or office of the Customer where the Device is to be returned.

Customer billing information.

Company does not claim or take possession of the Device or access information stored on the Device.

2. Children’s Privacy

Company uphold children's privacy and do not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please refrain from submitting any personal information to Us and seek guidance from a parent or guardian, or access the Site.

3. Aggregated Data

For individuals returning a Device, limited personal information is used to send a return kit, communicate the status of Device returns, and address any process-related issues. Confirmation emails and service-related announcements are sent as needed.
